1 _MDCL MycroValve Prolapse - Heart Condition FAMILY PHOTO with the Family Group Sheet: Laura Elenor (Jones) Williams Hockman - Note from her to Grandson DannyN. Winfield, Jr.; page 1 - "Alfred F. Jones - 1886-1967 - son of B. F.Jones and Elenor Gibson Jones. He was born at Malvern, Iowa and came toNeb. as a young man." "Graduated High School in Malvern, Iowa. Came toNebraska with sister, Gladys, when he was a young man. (their father,Benjamin Franklin Jones left and went to Washington state for a while.)My dad worked for neighbors of Michael Farrell for a while and thenmarried Farrell's daughter Nellie Bell. His sister, Gladys Jones livedwith them for a while." (orally from LEJWH - January 2000) I remember him as a kind and gentle man who read pulp Westerns, listenedto radio programs and loved to tell me stories about the family - wherethey came from and what happened to them. There is an element of truthin the stories he told me when you consider what may or may not havehappened to the relatives of Michael Farrell and Laura Jane House.Grandpa Alfred Jones could have been telling me about the theFarrell's/House's and in my tender youth (about 5) I didn't understandand thought he was speaking of himself & My Great Aunt Glady's. One ofthe reasons for this research is to determine the origins of this storyand to find out who Nellie Bell (Farrell) Jones' family were as I do notEVER recall meeting or hearing about any of them. He also used to tellme there were relatives in the Civil War and in the Revolutionary War ---research will tell. :o) VLWW 1898 --- "Jones, Florence Elenor Gibson - Obit - Leader, Malvern,Iowa," Malvern, Iowa, Thursday, May 5, 1898, "...... Was united inmarriage with B.F. Jones at Emerson, June 26, 1886. Has resided with hur(sic) husband in Malvern most of the time since. Three children wereborn to them, one of which died in infancy. Of the remaining childrenone is a boy 13 years old, the other a gir, two years old this month......." 1900 US Census for Melvern Township, Mills County, Iowa, Dwelling # 38,Household # 39, Line 81, MORFORD, F.
