(Danny Kincaid) David Burrell David Burrell (b.1944) hasn't been seen since 1978, hasn't been heard from since around 1985 and could be living in Dorking, Bournemouth, Bromley, India or Greece. Having used many aliases, Hampshire Police list him as using the names Peter Daniel Kincade, Daniel Vincent Kincaid, Danny Kincaid, Peter Daniel Kincaid, Michael McClennon and Michael McLennon.
